Тлен и Безумие - то, что окружает каждого более-менее здравомыслящего человека при взгляде на современные реалии. Эта идея и легла в основу альбома, повествующего о нелегкой жизни среднестатистического представителя человеческого рода, вынужденного влачить существование среди взаимоисключающих параграфов навязанных ему извне норм и правил. Он пытается преодолеть эту стену общепринятого маразматического существования посредством своего интеллектуального вмешательства, но осознает, что сопротивление бесполезно и с горестью признает, что он лишь один из множества, коим уготовано прижизненное непонимание и последующее забвение.

Frailty and Madness is what surrounds each more or less reasonable person looking at the current realities. This idea formed the basis of the album tells about the hard life of an average member of the human race, forced to eke out an existence among mutually exclusive paragraphs, imposed on him from outside rules and regulations. He tries to overcome this common wall of marasmic existence by his intellectual intervention, but realizes that resistance is useless and sorrowfully admits that he is only one of many that will prepared for intravital misunderstanding and subsequent oblivion.
